Epicenter XL Playoffs Day One: Team Liquid Top Three
Half playoffs Epicenter XL has finally started. On the first day, Team Liquid and LGD managed to secure the top three thanks to their victory at upper bracket. Meanwhile, Team Secret and Pain Gaming had to fall after losing in lower bracket.
Half playoffs Major Dota 2 tournament starts with two matches lower bracket best of one. Pain Gaming who owns draft the better one should be able to excel over FlyToMoon. Unfortunately the poor performance made FlyToMoon able to play aggressively and win easily.
Team Secret on the other side lower bracket against Mineski. During the beginning of the game, Team Secret, who used Ember Spirit, was ahead of Mineski. But through one team fight in the Roshan area, Mineski took the lead and never lost any momentum at all. Team Secret had to admit defeat and fall out of the tournament.
Move to upper bracketOG’s bad record against Team Liquid continues in upper bracket this tournament. Even though they had time to put up a fight, in the end OG had to admit their defeat to Team Liquid 2-0 and went down to lower bracket.
Finally, Virtus.Pro is back against PSG.LGD. As the final match, both teams won one games through solid play. But PSG.LGD finally won games third with an undeniable combination of Slark and Storm Spirit. PSG.LGD won over Virtus.Pro and will face Team Liquid.
Playoffs The Epicenter will continue today. Virtus.Pro which is down to lower bracket best of one have to deal with Mineski. Meanwhile OG had to face FlyToMoon. Winner two games can only breathe a little easier because the next round is lower bracket will use the format best of three.
