This is the list of Indonesian eSports national team players at the 2021 SEA Games

GAMEFINITY.ID, Jakarta – IESPA, as the parent of the Indonesian eSports sports organization, has officially issued a row of player names who are ready to compete in the prestigious 2021 SEA Games eSports event. There are 26 players who will represent Indonesia in several eSports game branches such as Hearthstone, Dota 2, Mobile Legends, AOV, Tekken 7, and Starcraft 2. These players will later be flown to the Philippines to compete at the 2021 SEA Games which will be held from September November 30 to December 11, 2021.

In addition to announcing the national team players who will compete at the 2021 SEA Games, IESPA also gave a little explanation regarding the national team screening stage through its Facebook post today (3/9/2021).

“After going through the Pelatnas Phase 1 (Selection) process and the screening process based on track records of achievements, the Esports Championship (IENC) and IEL University Series, we are proud to announce the list of names for the Indonesian Esports national team contingent for the 2021 SEA Games. project it to be submitted to @komiteolimpiadeindonesia and @kemenpora, then we will submit the finalization process to the two institutions,” said IESPA through a post on its Facebook page.

It is recorded that there are 11 countries including Indonesia that will compete in the 2021 SEA Games. This time, eSports is not an exhibition event like the 2021 Asian Games. Now, eSports is an achievement sport where the winners can get gold, silver, or bronze medals.
