EA brings Battlefield to Mobile and Soon Announces New Battlefield for Console and PC

GAMEFINITY.ID, Purworejo – After yesterday announcing Apex Legends Mobile, EA has now announced that one of its flagship franchises, Battlefield, will also be coming to the mobile platform.

In press release, General Manager of DICE, Oskar Gabrielson said that this Battlefield Mobile game will be different from the Battlefield game that is present on PC and consoles, because this game is designed specifically for the mobile platform.

This game was developed by Industrial Toys from scratch after years of prototyping. Battlefield mobile is currently entering a testing period and is scheduled for release next year.

In addition to Battlefield Mobile, EA also announced that a new Battlefield game project is in development for consoles and PCs and is planned for release later this year.

Previously, EA had postponed the release of the latest Need for Speed game for one year, after moving developer Criterion Games to assist DICE in developing this new Battlefield.

And it turns out that it’s not only DICE and Criterion, this latest Battlefield game is being worked on by 4 developers, namely DICE, Criterion, DICE Los Angeles and Electronic Arts Gothenburg.

This is the biggest development team ever in a Battlefield game for console and PC. They will present the best Battlefield games with all-out battles on an epic scale and unexpected crazy moments.

However, in the press release, EA specifically only mentioned that this new Battlefield game will be available on PC and next-gen consoles. For the last-gen console, it has not been confirmed to be present but there has been no confirmation from EA regarding this.

For now there are not too many details about this latest Battlefield game. However, EA promises to immediately provide details about this latest Battlefield game in the next few months.
