4. If the Indonesian translation has been downloaded, then you can translate English to Indonesian or vice versa offline on your Android phone.
5. Well, if you need or want another language for offline translation, you can touch/select Options or the three line symbol in the upper left position.
6. Then, select/touch Offline Translation. Like the example in the picture.
7. After selecting/touching Offline Translation, then download the language you want or need for offline translation. And wait until the language is finished downloading. Like the example in the picture.
8. If the language has been downloaded, then you can also translate to that language offline using Google Translate.
9. To further ensure that you can actually translate languages offline using Google Translate. You try turning off cellular data or WiFi on your Android phone, as in the example in the picture.
10. After your WiFi or Cellular Data is off, then try to test your Google Translate whether you can translate languages offline. If the language pack has been downloaded, then you can use Google Translate offline anytime and anywhere.
