RRQ Sena limps in the second week of MDL Season 3

RRQ Sena lost in two consecutive matches in the second week.

RRQ Sena had become the center of attention in the first week of MDL Season 3. Bless et al did start the tournament well.

Sena became one of the winning teams in MDL. Apart from the unchanged roster, additional energy from Warlord and Jbun is believed to be able to make the team stronger.

Moreover, this team is also a grand finalist in season 2. They should have matured mentally in the arena.

Many people think this team remains the most potential after three consecutive wins in the first week. Genflix Aerowolf Jr, Aura Esports, and XCN West Bandits were victims.

Sena won a perfect 2-0 victory in those three matches and brought them to the top of the first week standings. However, disaster came in the second week. More precisely, their weaknesses began to be seen by other teams.

Incidentally, the team that Sena faced in the second week was much stronger, namely Kings Esports and Siren Esports. Sure enough, two defeats must be swallowed by them.

When facing the Kings, the match was actually quite hot and even. The quality of the two teams looks not much different. But the desire of the Kings looked bigger so they won 2-1.

Unlike the match against Siren. Sena really made helpless by the defending champion. Siren quickly adapts to the new roster and can show his best level. Sena had to accept a 2-0 defeat.

These two bad results made them immediately drop to third place in the standings. In fact they could fall again if Kings, Alter Ego X, and Victim achieve positive results.

What’s the matter with Sena? The general opinion is of course leaning towards the disappearance of Skylarrr in the team. Skylarrr became Sena’s mainstay in season 2, as Alberttt was promoted to Hoshi.

Skylarrr is really able to carry the team through his aggressive acrobatic actions as a jungler.

However, throughout season 3 these players were not in the squad. Skylarrr is believed to be promoted to Hoshi and has been in the first team GH since
before MPL Season 7 was held.

Bless who is actually a support becomes a jungler in Sena. The game isn’t bad, but definitely not as sharp as Skylarrr.

This has spread to the second problem, namely Sena does not yet have a reliable mage support. Warlord and Jbun did fill that role, but in terms of chemistry with other colleagues, Bless’s support ability was above the two new players.

Sena must quickly find the best game. Because if not, more and more teams will be able to catch them.
