The steps:
1. First install first LG United Mobile Driver on your PC / laptop.
2. Next we have to make your cellphone go into download mode. Make sure the HP is off. Press and hold the button volume up then connect to PC using a USB cable. The download mode display is more or less like the image below:
3. Open the app LG Flash Tool 2021. Then click the icon folders (no. 1) to include the firmware file (.KDZ). If you click CSE Flash (no. 2).
4. Next click Start.
5. In column Country, choose Different Country. Then in column Language choose English, then click OK. If no options appear in the column Language, that’s okay, just select OK.
6. Do not unplug the USB cable and wait for the flashing process to complete (100%). Your phone will reboot by itself.
7. The flashing process is complete. Hooray.
After you finish flashing your LG cellphone, make sure you update the default default applications on the cellphone and other important applications such as Google Play Services etc. My advice is to use a WiFi connection when updating the application, if you use an HP quota, I’m afraid that it will run out, hahaha.
