Careful! Playing LoL Wild Rift Using an Emulator will be Banned!
For Spinners who have ever thought about trying to play League of Legends Wild Rift on PC using an emulator, maybe this time you should avoid it.
Because if you play using the Emulator, your LoL WR account can be permanently banned!
Wild Rift emulator = Banned
This is not just a rumor, because one of the streamers from the Facebook platform has become a victim.
Cowsep, LoL Wild Rift streamer from South Korea has uploaded a photo of his LoL WR account which has been perma-banned.
In the picture, Cowsep received a notification from LoL WR that his account has been permanently banned
“This account has been permanently blocked due to the use of prohibited third party software and will not be able to access Wild Rift.”
“This type of behavior causes damage to our community and the competitive integrity of the game. This action will not be undone.”
Throughout the game Cowsep doesn’t seem to use any cheats, but instead he uses an emulator to run LoL Wild Rift.

The emulator is a third-party application and it seems Riot Games has absolutely zero tolerance for third parties.
Riot would like to encourage players to play LoL Wild Rift on mobile recording devices and if they want to play LoL on PC, Riot has a PC version of the game which is over a decade old.
Future Emulator Implementation
We don’t know yet if Riot will ease their rules regarding Wild Rift players on the emulator.
They could implement a system like PUBG Mobile where emulator players will always face other emulator players.

But for now, if you’ve worked hard to increase your rank and have bought the latest K/DA skin, avoid playing LoL Wild Rift on the emulator and you won’t lose your account.
