Voggy & Alessa Officially Leave Team NXL

Team nxl>, which is one of the big CS:GO teams in Indonesia, received very shocking and unpleasant news. Their two main players Aditya “Voogy” Leonard and Josias “Alessa” Christian had to resign from Team nxl> who had made their name. This obviously surprised many people because Voogy recently rejoined Team nxl>.

“>Team nxl> has given their official statement on their official website and facebook page regarding the departure of their two main players Voogy and Alessa. Two months ago Richard “FRGD” Permana, owner and captain of team nxl> announced that Voogy has rejoined Team nxl> to replace Felix “FLX” Santoso through their official youtube channel. But whatever it is, Team nxl> still respects the reason for the departure of these two main players.

Thanks to Richard “frgd[ibtJ]“Permana, who has given me the opportunity to compete again in TEAMnxl>. One thing or another, especially health problems have made me take the decision to leave the team that has raised my name. Whatever happens in the future, TEAMnxl> will always be my team.

While Alessa only joined nxl> for almost 1 year, at that time Alessa, FLX and Lurk0 entered nxl> to replace BnTeT, Roseau, and FrostMisty who moved to Recca Esports.

Several circumstances had to make me take the toughest decision in my life, which was to stop doing what has been my passion all along, which is playing CS:GO competitively with TEAMnxl>. I will be withdrawing from the competitive world of CS:GO for an indefinite period of time, and personally I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to experience for approximately one year as a professional eSports player. Big shout-out to Richard, William, Vega, and Nedy who have been a part of my life this year. Not to forget Yulia, Sakti, as well as KJ (maRk), Leo, Felix, and Reno who played together even though for a very short time. See you in the future, success always!

To Josias “Alessa” Christian

Josias’ performance was impressive when they played together in Serbia, and this is the key reason that made me decide to invite Josias to join TEAMnxl> 2021. One thing I haven’t been able to achieve is that we haven’t had a chance to win together in TEAMnxl> in 2021. Josias is actually a very strong player in dealing with various situations, disciplined in practice, and has good aiming techniques. It is not an easy matter to find the right player to replace Josias, but I hope klipp will be a bright spot for TEAMnxl>. Whatever Josias does in the future, may success always accompany Josias.

To Aditya “Voogy” Leonard

From the beginning, the agreement between TEAMnxl> and Voogy was to only play for the short term, and try our best to compete in all competitions that are presented in front of our eyes, such as the IeSF World Championship, Red Bull CS:GO Malaysia, and others. But fate said otherwise, an unexpected thing happened in the form of voogy who was sick twice, so that the preparation time as a team was greatly reduced, and became a critical point for TEAMnxl>. Naturally, when the 2021 season ended, it seemed that voogy and TEAMnxl> had to separate again. Thanks Leo!

To fill this void, Team nxl> recruited Grant “Klipp” Hadiputra who is none other than their academy-trained nxl Genesis player who is currently finding his best game.

The appointment of klipp from TEAMnxl> Genesis is thanks to the coach’s report and the constant supervision of Damon, the manager of Genesis. TEAMnxl> decided to put great trust in klipp to develop further and show his capacity as a professional eSports player even though he is still young. I’m sure with the right mindset, passion, and motivation, klipp can succeed in the future and become a great player for TEAMnxl>.”
