2019 Presidential Esports Cup, the Biggest Mobile Legends Competition in Indonesia

The government finally does not underestimate eSports matches in Indonesia. Sure enough, the presence of the 2021 Eposrts Presidential Cup could be a major step in supporting Indonesia’s fame in the eyes of the world.
This Esports President’s Cup was held from January 28 until the end March 2021 This event will hold qualifications in 8 major cities in Indonesia with total prizes reaching IDR 1.5 Billion. This of course will attract the attention of eSports Mobile Legends athletes, both new and old athletes.
The qualifying rounds will be held in 8 major cities in Jakarta with the following schedule:
28 January – 2 February 2021
- Palembang Region: The whole island of Sumatra
- Denpasar Region: Bali Island, NTT, and NTB
1 – 9 February 2021: Makassar and Surabaya
- Makassar Region: West Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, and Southeast Sulawesi
- Surabaya Region: East Java and Madura
8 – 16 February 2021: Manado and Solo
- Manado Region: Central Sulawesi, Gorontalo, North Sulawesi, Manado and Papua
- Solo Region: Central Java and DI Yogyakarta
15 – 23 February 2021: Pontianak and Bekasi
- Pontianak Region: The whole island of Borneo
- Bekasi Region: West Java, DKI Jakarta, Banten
Some of the conditions that must be underlined are the minimum rankings for the region are: epic, and Legend for open qualification.
