City Reputation Genshin Impact!

This feature is a new feature that is included in Genshin Impact, which will increase the level of your relationship with 2 major cities on the map.

By completing missions and challenges in each city, you will increase your City Reputation and unlock rewards.

Currently, each city has 8 reputation levels, and each level you will get attractive prizes.

How to Increase City Reputation

In Genshin Impact there are several ways to level up City Reputation,

Region Quests: Complete missions in the Mondstadt and Liyue regions to increase your Reputation in each city. They don’t have to be in the city itself.
World Exploration: Increase your Exploration Progress in the Mondstadt and Liyue areas. Getting some milestones will increase your City’s Reputation.
Bounties: Find and defeat bounty targets in each city to increase your reputation. You can complete a maximum of three bounties per week to increase the City’s Reputation.
Requests: Complete requests from residents in each city to increase your City’s Reputation. Requests are renewed every Monday, with a maximum of three requests available each week to increase the City’s Reputation.

How to Unlock City Reputations in Liyue and Mondstadt

In order to unlock City Reputation in Liyue and Mondstadt, you must have an Adventure level of Rank 25. After you reach Rank 25, you must go to the city and talk to some NPCs and complete missions.

Mondstadt

Completing Archon Quests, The Outlander Who Caught the Wind (Prologue Act 1). When it’s done, talk to Hertha, to find out about other requests and to collect gifts.

Liyue

Completing Archon Quests, Farewell, Archaic Lord (Chapter1: Act 2). When you’re done, talk to Ms. Yu, in Liyue Harbor to find out about other requests and take gifts.
