There's Ronald Reagan in the Latest Trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War
GAMEFINITY.ID, Jakarta – Activision recently released the latest trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. One scene shows the President of the United States from 1981-1989, Ronald Reagan giving command to an elite team. Yes, the time and place background of the campaign game gameplay which will be released on November 13, 2021 is indeed the Cold War conflict between the US and the Soviet Union (Russia), where Reagan served as the 40th US President at that time.
“Gentlemen, you have been given an important task: protect our lives from the great evil. There is no higher duty, no higher honor. And, even if few people know about your struggles, rest assured the whole free world will benefit. I know you won’t let us down,” Reagan says in the trailer.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will be released for PC, PlayStation4, PlayStation5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S platforms. Cold War is described as a direct sequel to Black Ops which was released in 2010. As reported by from Video Games Chronicle, Activision claims the Black Ops Cold War beta is the most downloaded beta in Call of Duty history.
As an elite agent, players are on a mission to follow in the footsteps of a shadowy figure named Perseus who is on a mission to shake the global balance of power and change the course of history. Descending the dark center of this global conspiracy alongside iconic characters Alex Mason, Jason Hudson, and Frank Woods, as well as a host of new agents, players are tasked with stopping a conspiracy plot devised for decades.
Exclusive to the PlayStation, players can also play Zombies’ two-player co-operative mode called Onslaught. This mode itself can only be accessed by Xbox and PC platform players on November 1, 2021.
