Street Fighter V is included in the game at the Intel World Open 2021, an esports competition held by the IOC aka the international Olympic committee. Street Fighter V producer, Yoshinori Ono, was so enthusiastic about the game’s involvement at the Intel World Open 2021 and expressed his excitement via tweets on Twitter.

The tournament, which will also stage the Rocket League, was held just a few days before the Olympics. The finals of the Inter World Open will be held on 22-24 July 2021 at Zepp DiverCity, Tokyo.

Once the tournament is over, the 2021 Olympics will immediately follow on July 24. The Intel World Open 2021 champions will receive a total prize of US$ 500 thousand (approximately Rp. 6.9 billion). Hadouken!
