Zeys: There's a chance Wannn won't play in MPLI

Wannn actually can not play in MPLI.

The news is true. Jungler EVOS Legends, Muhammad “Wannn“Ridwan, there is a great opportunity not to play in ONE Esports MPLI.

EVOS Legends is the team that is most actively looking for new players to improve the squad ahead of MPLI. The lack of titles since the M1 World Championship is a factor.

Antimage and Luminaire are two new (but old) players who are almost certain to be part of the team. Although there has been no official announcement about this.

However, there is one thing that comes as a surprise to many people. Namely the possibility of not playing Wannn. This initially happened because EVOS Legends often played foreign junglers/cores in the team, not Wannn.

Wannn is still in scrim, but she’s not the only option. Ferxiic from 7 Heaven and Pekochan are the two cores believed to be on trial by EVOS Legends.

The performance of the two players was not bad. Over time, Ferxiic and Pekochan seemed to be able to adapt to the existing stars.

Until finally the coach, Bjorn “Zeys” Ong himself revealed this. Exclusive to ONE Esports, Zeys confirmed the possibility of Wannn not playing in MPLI.

“Wannn is having personal issues at the moment. So he asked us to find another jungler. That’s why we tried another jungler,” he said.

“Wannn needs time to sort things out. And if he’s ready to come back, of course he’ll be there. Yes, there is a chance that he will not play in MPLI,” he concluded.

It will be interesting to see if Wannn will still get his share of playing in MPLI. Or a new fully trusted jungler? We wait together.
