Prop Hunt mode returns in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

Something fans have been missing is back in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, namely the Prop Hunt mode.

The much-loved Prop Hunt mode is sure to return in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, along with the game’s third DLC update.

This was confirmed directly by the official Call of Duty Twitter account.

“Prop Hunt is back, and everyone at Treyarch is training.” That’s what Call of Duty tweeted.

The Prop Hunt mode that fans love has appeared several times in the Call of Duty series, including Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, and Call of Duty: WWII.

In Prop Hunt mode, one team acts as hunter while others act out random properties found on the map. Those properties can take the form of anything from a plant to a filing cabinet, which can look ridiculous on a Call of Duty map.

The prop team, aka property, is given 30 seconds to find a hiding place on the map, and the other team must find them.

To be calm, players who act as properties are given Deadly Silence which also functions as a lock so they can see the map without moving.

The difficult challenge of finding players hidden on the property and then pulling them out is what makes Prop Hunt mode so much missed by fans.
