It's confirmed that Uncharted 4 will come to PC, and to HP too.

GAMEFINITY. ID, Denpasar – Sony is currently planning to release Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, based on documents released on 2021 Investor Relations Day.

Sony recently released Days Gone to the PC platform with a variety of additional interesting features, such as: unlocked FPS, more detailed graphics settings, ultrawide monitor support, and others. Not only Days Gone has been ported to PC, but Horizon Zero Down as well, both games are selling well on the PC market.

With the enthusiasm of the PC community with the exclusive porting of Playstation games to PC, Sony is increasingly interested in bringing some of their exclusive games to PC.

From the presentation document provided by Sony, there is a page that attracts attention. On the page, the title of the game Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is written on the side of “More PC Releases Planned”, just below Days Gone. As mentioned earlier, Sony recently released Days Gone to the PC platform.

From the same page, in addition to planning the release of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End to the PC platform, Sony also seems to be bringing their exclusive title to their mobile platform.

Sony had said that the mobile platform is a new growth area for Playstation Studios. Whether this is a necessity or not, on the same page they provide infographics on the mobile sector in the “Of-Console” section. However, it has not been confirmed what titles will be released to the mobile platform.

Just as a reminder, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End was released to the PS4 platform in 2021. It turns out that the age of Uncharted 4 is quite old too.
