How to Get 600 Primogem Genshin Impact Server Maintenance Compensation for Update 1.3

GAMEFINITY.ID, Jakarta – Genshin Impact will release update 1.3, entitled “Gemlap Langit Malam”, on Wednesday (3/2/2021). The server maintenance process itself starts at 05:00 WIB. As compensation for server maintenance, Mihoyo also prepared a number of rewards that Travelers could take advantage of.

Compensation of 60 Primogem will be given for every 1 hour of maintenance. Plus the compensation for fixing the problem of 300 Primogems. With the maintenance process estimated for 5 hours, the total Travelers will get compensation of 600 Primogems!

Compensation for maintenance and troubleshooting can only be enjoyed by Travelers who reach Adventure Lv Rank. 5 and above before 3 February 05:00 WIB. Maintenance compensation can be taken before version 1.3 ends. Meanwhile, compensation for fixing problems can only be collected in the game before February 6, 2021 at 10:00 WIB.

Team Mihoyo will provide related compensation to Travelers via in-game messages within 5 hours after the maintenance is complete. The message is valid for 30 days. The way to update is as follows:

PC: Close the game application, then reopen the launcher and press the “Update” button.
iOS: Go to the App Store and hit the “Update” button.
Android: Enter the game and follow the update instructions in the pop-up menu that appears. (Alternative: Go to Google Play Store and hit the “Update” button.)
PS4: Open the PS4 main menu > Select Genshin Impact > Press the OPTIONS controller button > Select “Check for Updates”.
