1. First, download and install the application SMS Backup & Restore from Carbonite via the Google Play Store on your Android phone.
2. After the SMS Backup & Restore application has been installed on your Android phone, open the application. Like the example in the picture.
3. After opening the SMS Backup & Restore application, select/touch the option menu with the 3 line symbol on the top left. Like the example in the picture.
4. Then in the options menu select Back Up Now, as in the example in the figure.
5. Then select Backup Location, where is your SMS backup location, here I choose Google Drive as a storage place for my SMS backup. Then touch Back Up, as in the example in the figure.
6. Then wait until the Backup process is complete, like the example in the picture.
7. If the backup process is complete, then the SMS has been backed up on your Google Drive.
8. You can also restore with the tool on the same mobile application if the file remains in memory. By selecting/touching the options menu with the three-line symbol on the top left, then select Restore. Like the example in the picture.
9. Then touch Restore, as in the example in the figure.
10. If it appears as shown below, touch OK and Yes. Like the example in the picture.
11. Then Wait until the Restoring process is complete, as in the example in the picture.
12. If the Restore Completed display appears, then the SMS has been restored. And touch Close Like the example in the picture.
