Support the struggle of the red and white team to compete in international tournaments.

Garena has officially announced the international tournament Roadmap for the Free Fire game. Survivors around the world including Indonesia can look forward to three international events in 2021 which include the two editions of the flagship international tournament Free Fire, the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) in April and November, and the Free Fire All Stars in July.

With the presence of these three series of international tournaments, Garena Indonesia hopes that the esports team from Indonesia will have the opportunity to win the three tournaments. Christian Wihananto as Garena Free Fire Indonesia Game Producer said, “Garena is proud to announce the 2021 Esports roadmap for Free Fire which contains three series of international tournaments. Currently, Indonesian esports teams are fighting at the Free Fire Indonesia Masters (FFIM) 2021 Spring. FFIM acts as a qualifier for Indonesia before, the top team will have the opportunity to advance to the FFWS championship representing Indonesia to fight for the Free Fire world champion title.”

The three 2021 international esports tournaments for Free Fire are a continuation of the success of previous years’ tournaments. Named “Esports Mobile Game of the Year” by The Esports Awards 2021, fans of this battle royale game are increasing.

The Free Fire Continental Series (FFCS) Asia tournament in 2021 managed to get more than 2.5 million Peak Concurrent Viewers (PCV). Free Fire is also the second most watched live game content on Youtube in 2021, with the number of views for the Free Fire game reaching 72 billion.

Free Fire World Series (FFWS) is Free Fire’s biggest and most iconic esports tournament. FFWS 2021 alone managed to get more than 2 million online peak concurrent viewers (PCV), which at that time was a world record for mobile esports tournament matches according to Esports Charts.

Due to the global pandemic situation, in 2021 the FFWS tournament series was replaced by the Free Fire Continental Series (FFCS) which still gets very good audience interest. However, in 2021 FFWS will return with two editions at once held at two separate times, in April and November.
