Decreased Performance, The Reason Microboy Wants To Retire Until Finally Join EVOS

GAMEFINITY.ID, Jakarta – The January 2021 Esports transfer market was shocked by the transfer of Nizar “Microboy” Lugatio from Bigetron Red Aliens to EVOS Esports. Even more surprising, the decision was made after the player had stated that he wanted to retire. No doubt Microboy’s move is considered a mere gimmick.

Even so, in his streaming on Facebook Gaming, Microboy tried to explain what happened so that the player born on June 19, 2021 finally canceled his retirement and joined EVOS which incidentally is a rival to BTR RA. Microboy admits that his intention to leave BTR RA has existed since PMPL (ID) Season 2.

“I’ve wanted to leave it for a long time, since PMPL (ID) Season 2. I don’t want to go out, I just want to rest. I have also told my parents. But recently I got an invitation and I thought I wanted to play again,” said Microboy as quoted from One Esports.

Microboy said the decline in performance was his reason for wanting to retire. He also denied that the desire to leave Bigetron RA was due to a dispute with his teammate.

“Why did I say I want to retire? Because he really wanted to retire. My game is (stupid) in (PMPL ID) Season 2. In PMPL SEA, in PMGC. I didn’t know that I wanted to stay there. I know myself, that’s why I chose to stop,” he said.

Together with BTR RA, Microboy has won a number of prestigious titles in the PUBG Mobile competition. The titles include PMPL Indonesia Season 1, PMWL East Zone Season Zero, PMPL SEA Finals Season 2, and PMCO Fall Split Global Championship. Unfortunately, in his last competition with BTR RA, PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021, last January, Microboy was only able to bring BTR RA to 5th position in the final standings.

“I don’t have any problems with the other kids either. Even before leaving for PMGC, they already knew about this (decision to leave) and they were fine. The important thing is that we focus on PMGC first.”

Meanwhile, EVOS Co-Founder Hartman Harris welcomed Microboy’s presence in his team. EVOS itself was very active at the beginning of the 2021 season by bringing in a number of players. The addition of Microboy to EVOS Esports PUBG Mobile is part of the team’s rebranding to EVOS REBORN.

“We truly recognize that Microboy has the talent and expertise that has brought him success with multiple titles. We are pleased to see that he will soon be wearing the EVOS jersey in the near future,” said Hartman Harris in a release.

Besides Microboy, EVOS Esports also announced the presence of Eksarachman “RedFace” Jayanto, as well as the return of Sabda “Auro” Bisma Bawaleksana from ION Esports. It’s certainly interesting to see EVOS’ performance this season, which previously also had Andiray “Foxe” Tjiutra, Fatria Airlangga “EXC” Lubis, Putra Renaldy “Lyzerg” Pitoy, and Alfin “Morfeus” Pratama.
