Alter Ego Again Enters Grand Final at AOC Masters Tournament Valorant!

Alter Ego continues their good form in this international Southeast Asian tournament.

After winning the ESL Community Clash and also entering the Grand Final of First Strike Indonesia, this time they also returned to the Grand Final. With this, Alter Ego has made it to the Finals for 3 major tournaments in a row.

In the semifinals, Alter Ego had to meet the Filipino team Bren Esports.

Game 1 – Haven

Bren Esports chose the Haven map for game 1 of this semifinal. In Haven, you could say it was a duel between duelist AE and Bren, namely Berserx and BORKUM.

This 1st half ended in a 6-6- draw after some unfortunate moments from Alter Ego’s side when they were defenders. But when changing sides to attackers, Alter Ego shows why they are one of the best teams in Southeast Asia.

It’s very clean the way they get into the bomb site and it’s very good that they withstand the cracks from the Bren Esports players. With some clutch games from Frizznatsz and also Lmemore, Alter Ego was able to win game 1 with a score of 13-8.

MVP went to Berserx who played very well with his Jett. But maybe their captain and IGL, Tehbotol must be dissatisfied with his performance in this map, even though he chose Sage.

Game 2 – Bind

It’s a very different story for Bren Esports in their map of choice again, Bind. From the start, Alter Ego was very convincing to win the duel between these two teams.

Whether on the side of defenders or attackers, Alter Ego can accept all attacks from Bren. Maybe this is because AE uses 2 duelists where the less than optimal Tehbotol in map 1 uses Reyna in map 2.

AE looks more aggressive even on the defenders side. But again, Berserx played very well and was very aggressive and was able to get another MVP with his Jett.

Alter Ego are currently at their best and have been playing very consistently. Tomorrow at AOC Masters Tournament Grand Final they will fight team overtime esports, who was the grand finalist in First Strike Thailand.
