Even though he is part of the fatui himself, he doesn’t like fatui himself, Childe hates Fatui because of the various crimes they have committed for one thing. Although Childe agrees with Fatui’s peaceful view, he doesn’t like the way that Fatui does even though they have the same principles and goals, Childe doesn’t like their way to achieve that goal..

With the cold in Snezhnaya, Childe has the same hobby as his father, which is fishing on ice lakes.

He’s been doing it since he was little. Childe often spent time with his father fishing in the frozen lake. For Childe, he uses fishing as a means of practicing patience and meditation.
