The first important change is shorten it the duration of the buff and turtle, which is a very visible change.

So you must maximize buffs and turtles efficiently possible and don’t forget to estimate the time when the buff and turtle will appear.

Harley and Alpha Become OP

There are many heroes that are buffed by Moonton in this patch update, but the most obvious changes are Harley and Alpha.

These two heroes actually get a significant buff that can even make them both enter the game’s meta immediately.

Alpha get cooldown change on all of his shortened skills are quite large while Harley gets cd reduction also on skill 1 and his passive can now reduce the opponent’s magic defense quite a lot.
