UIC Road to SEACA 2021 Tournament Result Recap
GSpace Commander and Belletron Ace managed to top the standings in the 2021 UIC Road to Southeast Asia Cyber Arena (SEACA) Tournament which took place on Wednesday (14/8) and finished on Sunday (22/8). Meanwhile, GSpace Commander occupies the top position of the public final standings, while Belletron Ace has successfully eliminated 15 other ladies category teams.
As champions, GSpace Commander and Belletron Ace along with the eight best teams from the ladies tournament and public tournament have the right to compete in the main round of the UniPin SEACA MAJOR 2021 event to fight the best teams from countries in Southeast Asia, such as the Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand and Malaysia.
UIC Road to Southeast Asia Cyber Arena (SEACA) 2021 is a series of qualifying rounds organized by UniPin Southeast Asia Cyber Arena (SEACA). After the previous season, this tournament was stopped due to the pandemic, but this year UniPin is again holding this grand tournament.
The UIC Road to SEACA Tournament itself has been attended by more than 150 teams who have participated in fighting for a prize pool of up to IDR 50,000,000 and the opportunity to appear at the UniPin SEACA main event.
In addition to the teams that registered, there were also teams who received special invitations to take part in the tournament that competed in the PUBGM game. The four invited teams from the ladies category are ONIC Glory, Belletron Ace, GPX Wonder, and Alter Ego Dione.
Unfortunately, of the four invited teams above, only ONIC Glory failed to tame the other semifinal teams. Not alone, there were also invited teams from public tournaments who had bad luck like ONIC and failed to secure tickets to the UniPin SEACA MAJOR 2021 event.
Eight ladies tournament teams that have successfully brought tickets to UniPin SEACA MAJOR 2021 include Belletron Era, Alter Ego Dione, Bonafide Artemis, Lunanera Elaine, VOIN VOS Ladies, Skylightz Zoe, Geek Fam Girls and Capital 9 Axe. While the eight teams that passed the public tournament were GGSpace Commander, TF2W Abidin, Boom Esports, Grimz Seven Sea, Aditama Esports, Victim SOvers, MASADEPAN Dream and Skylightz Reserve Blue.
If there are no obstacles, it is planned that UniPin SEACA MAJOR 2021 will be held in November 2021. As for now, other countries such as Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Cambodia are currently qualifying for teams that are worthy of representing these countries.
