Each Legendary Lord has a unique geographical starting position, and each race offers a unique new gameplay with campaign mechanics, narratives, methods of warfare, soldiers, monsters, Lore of Magic, unique legendary characters, and surprising abilities of battlefield soldiers.

Race Or Tribe

Each of the races in Total War Warhammer 2 is playable in single and multiplayer campaigns, as well as custom and multiplayer battles. Since the two legendary Lords for each race have their own unique campaign starting positions, you’ll be able to play a 2-player co-op campaign as the same race.
