How to Unlock Customers

To open a new customer, you have to follow the conditions in the book button (located in the top right corner next to the settings button) -> Customers and tap the portrait that has ???. In these terms, most of you will be asked to learn new recipes, place facilities, and improve promo methods.

Some customers won’t show up unless you upgrade the promo method from flyer to radio, TV or cell phone. Some customers will be “seasonal”, which means they will appear during certain seasons or festivals.

Get to know your customers

You will find different types of animal customers who come to your restaurant and they have different habits. Here are some types of customers at Animal Restaurant:

Normal Customers: He will just eat, pay, and then leave.
Competitive Eaters: He will order more than one food and increase the speed of the stove while cooking.
Irritating Customers: Annoying customers who can drive other customers away from your restaurant.
Special Customers: Special customers, like rich kid who doesn’t come to the restaurant to eat but gives you cod when you tap on it and salesmen who will often come by to offer you to watch a commercial to get cod.

Watch ads to get cod

If you see an “Ad Salesman” customer click on them to watch an ad and claim a cod reward, this may be annoying, but you have to do it if you want to quickly buy the things you need.

Buy more tables

More and more customers will come to order food at your restaurant. You can buy more tables so customers don’t have to queue.

For the beginning, it is better to buy a cheaper table. By placing more tables, of course you will get more cod from customers who come.

How to increase star rating

Getting a star rating is the main requirement to unlock new customers, promotion methods, unlock new facilities and recipes. The following is a way to increase the star rating at Animal Restaurant:

Each facility has a different star rating when you place it in a restaurant. Check each facility in the Menu to find out how many star ratings you will get for each facility.
Complete all daily tasks to get a star rating. Tasks can be unlocked when you reach 25 star rating.
Complete all orders from special customers such as Artist Badget, Wounded Bear, and Paper Bagged Ostrich to get more star ratings.
Receiving all orders from “Shy Customer”, they will order more than one order, make sure to serve them before the countdown ends. You can check the mysterious order’s countdown in the “tasks” menu. After the countdown ends, tap “Claim” to get cod and star rating.
“Rave reviewer” customers can give stars after eating at your restaurant. You can unlock them by learning the Bibimbap recipe and placing daisies.

Open buffet

You can open the Buffet provided that you must have 30000 cod and 1,500 stars, the buffet is located below (tap the down arrow button located on the right side of the Menu).

There are two ways to serve plates in a buffet, namely you can hire Temp Worker Yolky, he will serve 50 dishes per hour or you can buy the Hot Kettle Combo facility for a buffet which will serve 100 dishes per day. Buffet can make money automatically every hour. You can watch ads to earn extra 50000.

Promotional flyers are the least expensive method of bringing in customers, but there are other methods, such as radio, cell phones, and TV. You need to increase the star rating to be able to get this method.

If you increase the promo to the radio, the price of certain recipes will increase and attract special customers such as Salesman and Rich Kid who will come more often.

If you increase the promo to TV then the price of certain recipes will go up, and also bring in more customers from the city, attracting “fortunetellers”.

If you upgrade the promo to mobile, then the price of certain recipes will go up and attract customers from the city.
