Replace PUBG Mobile, This Game Makes Tencent Big Profits

Telset.id, Jakarta – Some time ago, Tencent reportedly deleted games PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds or PUBG Mobile. Instead, Tencent presents games newly named Games for Peace.

according to NDTV, referring to research firm Sensor Tower, it was unexpected that Tencent’s efforts yielded extraordinary results. Three days after its release, Game for Peace brought Tencent big profits.

Sensor Tower even only monitors the Game for Peace app on platform iOS in China, and not for Android. As a result, the new game generated USD 14 million or Rp. 201 billion for Tencent in just 72 hours.

Quoted Telset.id, Tuesday (14/05/2021), that amount of income comes from the In-App Purchase service, starting with purchases skin for weapons and outfit for character.

As is known, Tencent gave up games PUBG is gone from China. Instead, Tencent prepared games a new game that looks like PUBG, and allows PUBG account owners to switch to Game for Peace.
