Prevent Corona Virus, PUBG Tournament Held Online

Telset.id, Jakarta – PUBG Mobile Pro League South Asia 2021 is held in a different format. In order to prevent the spread of the epidemic Corona virus tournament PUBG Mobile it will be held in on line.

Even in on line, viewers can still enjoy PUBG Mobile tournament matches to the fullest. The committee will broadcast the match live streaming on Youtube on March 19th.

This is definitely not the first eSport event to be affected by the Covid-19 virus. Blizzard also canceled Overwatch matches to reduce the risk of the virus spreading.

The PUBG Mobile Pro League South Asia 2021 competition itself will be held in Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Later, professional eSport teams will participate in tournaments in each country that holds this tournament. Not just fighting for the title, this competition can be a gateway to advance to another more prestigious tournament, namely the PUBG Mobile World League.

The tournament opens through a qualifying stage with a total of 24 teams competing for 16 places in the final of this Competition. Then, the best teams will fight again in the final to compete for a total prize of USD 1.5 million or around Rp. 20.5 billion. (NM/MF)
