In Case You Missed It: Dendi Officially Leaves Na'Vi

Since the start of the 2021-2021 season, Dendi has never found a permanent home in the competitive realm Dota 2. Even until The International 2021 was about to start he never got a fixed team. But one thing is for sure, since last August 10th, he officially left Na’Vi and became free agent.

At the beginning of last season, Dendi, who has been defending Na’Vi since 2010 was shifted from his status as an active member of the club Dota 2 roster they. It’s part of a major overhaul after several very disappointing seasons.

Dendi himself then often appears as stand-in, for example for Vega Squadron in DreamLeague Season 10 as well as playing for the Tigers. But while playing as stand-in, he remains under Na’Vi’s contract.

In his official announcement, Na’Vi explained that this decision was at Dendi’s request. Although still contracted by Na’Vi, he requested that his contract be terminated. Na’Vi himself agreed to the request.

With this, Dendi is recorded as having played and represented Na’Vi for 2170 days and as many as 1507 matches.
