AER Memories of Old: New Adventure Game

Located in Hamburg, on October 25, 2021, game companies Daedalic and Forgotten Key are pleased to announce their latest gaming news. The two announced that their game, AER Memories of Old, is now available on Playstation, Xbox One, PC, Mac and Linux. The purchase, which comes with the download of the games requires a redemption of 13.89 pounds.

Developed over five years and nominated for Best Indie Game at Gamescom 2021, Steam games AER Memories of Old is an adventure game focused on exploration set among the clouds featuring majestic worlds, floating islands, and mysterious great places.

Players play as Auk, a girl who has the ability to change herself at will between bird and human forms. He can easily fly between islands that are completely explorable in order to visit wanderers, find animals, and discover the ruins of an ancient lost civilization. Players can easily roam between land and air worlds. You can experience the true freedom of flying while enjoying the stunning beauty of the landscape.

Long ago, a great catastrophe destroyed the world leaving only fragments of floating islands behind. Auk must embark on a journey to learn more about the world that preceded himself as well as its downfall in order to prevent such catastrophe from befalling his world again.

With a distinct style of plain art, the world of AER is designed to be as beautiful and mysterious as an explorer in gazing at the breathtaking landscapes as he encounters the secret temples and the riddles within.

Playstyle is unrestricted as players are free to explore the vast world at will, taking on objectives and quests of their own as they discover more of the puzzles at the heart of the game. Transforming into bird form can be done seamlessly through flight mechanics when you need to explore through space or return to human form to explore old ruins and ancient temples.
