WhatsApp is a chat application that ranks first in Indonesia. Almost everyone uses the WhatsApp application, whether it’s just for chatting, video calls, voice calls, and so on. The many functions and features it has make it the choice of everyone’s chat application.

However, there is one feature that WhatsApp has that some people don’t like, namely the Online and Last Seen features. Everyone who opens WhatsApp will definitely be seen online by others. Well, this can make a boomerang for those of us who don’t want to reply to messages from friends or relatives. 1. Turn off Online Codes with WhatsApp Settings

1. First, please open the WhatsApp application on your cellphone.

2. Then, please click three dots icon which is in your top right corner. As shown in the image below.

3. Then, please click Settings. As in the image below.

4. Then, please select Account. As shown in the image below.

5. Then, click Privacy.

6. Then, select Last Viewed. As in the image below.

7. Then, please click There is not any. As in the image below.

If you use this first method, then other people will not be able to know the last time you were online or opened WhatsApp. Likewise with you who can’t know when other people open WhatsApp. But the online status will appear when you open WhatsApp.

2. Turn off Online Codes with Airplane Mode

1. Please enable Airplane Mode on your cellphone. How, please try to open Settings or Settings on your HP.

2. Then, please click Other Networks and Connections. As shown in the image below.

3. Then, swipe toggle Airplane Mode until it turns blue. As in the image below.

4. Then, after your Airplane Mode is active, please open the WhatsApp application on your cellphone.

5. Then, please open the message you want to reply to. When you reply your friends will not know that you are online. Then, after you reply, please exit and close the WhatsApp application and turn off airplane mode on your cellphone again. When you turn off airplane mode, all the messages you replied to will be sent without an online code appearing on your WhatsApp.

Usually this second method using airplane mode is the method most often used by many people, one of which is my friend hehehe.

3. Turning Off Online Codes with Additional Apps

1. First, please open Google PlayStore on your HP.

2. Then, please type Hidden Chat for WhatsApp. Then, please click Install. As shown in the image below.

3. Then, please click Accept. As in the image below.

4. Then, please read what features are in it or you can click Skip if you want to go through it. Like the picture below.

5. Then, please click Allow Access on Media Files and Notification Reader. As in the image below.

6. Then, please tick in section Hidden Chat. As in the image below.

7. Then, please click Allow Access like the picture below.

8. And done. You can use it right away.
