The Adventure of Dai Prepares 3 Video Games

Square Enix holds an animated series announcement livestream Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai with a duration of almost 3 hours. Complete with inviting voice actors, they discussed various kinds of information up to the release schedule. What is very interesting is that 3 video games have been prepared to support the anime series.

The first is a mobile game called Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai – Tamashii no Kizuna (Spirit of Bonds).

This RPG action game will feature Dai as the main character that we play, with Popp and Maam as support characters. The characters can change equipment like in the manga and animation series. Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai – Spirit of Bonds planned to be released on various iOS and Android devices in the Japanese region in 2021.

Here is a card game with an arcade base, entitled Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai – Xross Blade (read as Crossblade).

This game is developed by Takara Tomy ARTS and uses physical cards to play it. The gameplay is quite easy, just like playing a turn-based action RPG game. After placing the position of each of your character cards on each enemy, the battle will begin. When in battle you have to press the button quickly and precisely to give a very large attack to the enemy. Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai – Xross Blade planned for release in late 2021 in Japan.

The last and most awaited by console fans is Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai – Infinity Strash (or Infinity Slash ??).

Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai – Infinity Strash currently still in development, will be released for consoles in 2021 for the Japanese region. With the PlayStation 5 set to be released later this year, of course, it is very possible to release it on the console. However, with the large sales of PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan itself, it seems that they will be released on both consoles first.
