Starting Thursday next week, October 24, you can redeem QUBE 2 and Layers of Fear for free at Epic Games Store. No purchases are required to claim your free game, and you just need to create a free account at Epic Games and download the launcher.
QUBE 2 is a first-person physics puzzle/exploration game set on a distant planet. Sequel to the crowd’s favorite QUBE in 2021, Toxic Games Once again the story of a pair of two individuals in a dangerous landscape full of aliens. As Amelia Cross, you must use new skills and abilities to manipulate the environment and find a way out of this strange planet. Now featuring a wider color palette and puzzle mechanics, QUBE 2 more interesting than the first in almost every aspect. Many are attracted by the new content and quality improvements in the game.
The second game offered is a spooky first-person adventure game, Layers of Fear. Set in a haunted Victorian religious house, you play as a crazy mental painter who must prepare his greatest masterpiece.”magnum opus“. Traumatized by his past history and his own mental state, the player must navigate the house, solve puzzles and unravel the secrets of this haunted religion. Some reviewers found the atmosphere spooky and immersive, and were very surprised to learn it was from a developer Team Bloober, which had never produced a spooky title before.
