It’s been almost 4 years since Hideo Kojima left Konami. But until now the exact reason for the separation is not known. However, it is clear that both parties are still successful in their respective paths.

What’s more, the names that fill the positions lead for the design and art divisions by the people who were previously also responsible for the series Metal Gear.
Kojima has indeed been leading the process of cultivating games Metal Gear. So it is undeniable that the loyalty of these developers is more inclined to Kojima than Konami. Is the lack of developers the reason why Konami rarely makes games for this era?
