Outlaws & Legends Officially Announced

Focus Home Interactive (publisher) and Sumo Newcastle as the developer have announced the existence of a new multiplayer game with an interesting theme at the State of Play event this morning. Through the title Hood: Outlaws & Legends, this game wants to invite you to act as a group of robbers in a dark medieval era.

From the premise it presents, this game contains the concept of playing third-person PvPvE. So here, you will compete with other groups of robbers controlled by fellow players for the sake of fighting over a valuable treasure guarded by AI enemies in their headquarters.

The story is that the AI enemies that appear in Hood: Outlaws & Legends are soldiers formed by corrupt government figures. So in addition to robbing, you also have the option to directly slaughter them all. But what is no less important, you still need to be aware of the movements that are being planned by the opposing group of players.

In the trailer, this game displays a myriad of actions that are quite interesting both stealth and frontal. Each of the robber personnel that you play also seems to have their own important class or role.

There are those whose roles are more specialist in using long-range weapons (bows/arrows), close up, even those that are classified as heavy. The feature elements to have to work together also look very, very highlighted here. Especially if you want to beat the other groups of players.

Game Hood: Outlaws & Legends itself is planned to be released around 2021. It is certain that it will not only launch on the PS5 console, you can also find this multiplayer game on the PC platform (via Steam), Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
