Chang’e, this little brother of Zilong’s teacher is quite naughty. So naughty, he was sentenced to have to help his brother Zilong on the battlefield. Chang’e had become a less popular character. This one character unfortunately remains less popular among mage players because his skills are not too strong and lack CC and blink skills even after the first rework. After undergoing rework for the second time, Chang’e was finally in a more comfortable position and became much more useful on the battlefield.

Chang’e’s role became much stronger. his passive which continuously increases damage as he attacks creates a good synergy with Ultimate and his second skill. The skill setup makes it easy for game players. Despite losing his unique ultimate skill, his new Ultimate Meteor Shower can attack multiple enemies at once.

Skills

trouble maker
	Passive
trouble maker will deal Chang’e Skill additional damage every time he attacks the enemy. Enemies who are affected by the damage generated by Chang’e will get a Mark. Marked enemies will receive an additional 1% damage per attack which will continue to increase to 20%.

Starmoon Shockwave
	Active – AoE
Starmoon Shockwave will launch an energy ball that will generate 340(+80% total magic power) to enemies hit by the energy ball. Enemies affected by this skill will also get a 20% decrease in movement speed. Moment Crescent Moon active, this skill will also be equipped with 4 additional energy balls that will produce 20% of this skill damage per 1 energy ball. The slow effect of this skill will also be stacked a maximum of 4 times.

Crescent Moon

Chang’e will summon the power of the crescent moon and add a shield by 400 (+120% total magic power) and increase movement speed by 10%. As long as the shield is active, Chang’e’s Basic Attack and Skill will be enhanced. Enhanced Basic attack will be added with magic damage of (+15% total Physical ATK)(+20% total magic power)

Meteor Shower
	Active – Burst
Chang’e gathered her strength and increased her movement speed for 4 seconds. As long as this skill is active Chang’e will issue 30 meteors where each meteor will produce magic damage of 65 (+15% total magic power) . When the skill activates at the same time as Crescent Moon, this skill will also produce additional damage of 33% of the damage generated per meteor.

Recommended Item Build

Chang’e’s current setup skill focuses on burst damage resulting from her ultimate. This barrage of attacks will be assisted by his passive which will continue to add damage as the enemy is attacked. Increasing magic power will be the main focus of this character.

1. Burst

Calamity Reaper increase damage from basic attacks enhanced with Crescent Moon. Concentrated Energy it will be very useful when Chang’e uses her ultimate. in addition to damaging the enemy, he will also change to get heal for every damage that is generated.

2. Burst 2

This gear setup focuses on accumulating as much magic power as possible. holy crystal will add the total amount of damage in each skill. This setup will feel slower than the one above but, and focuses more on increasing skill damage and mana regen to be more active on the battlefield.

Recommended Battle Spell

	Retribution	Helping Chang’e in the early stages to be effective in leveling and jungling.
	Flicker	Can help Chang’e chase the enemy or to escape from the opponent’s pursuit.
