One month has passed after Valorant released their last agent, Skye, and now fans of this FPS game have started to theorize about who the newest agent will be in the upcoming update.
The update patch 1.14 Valorant not only brings some big changes like buffs and some tweaks, it also gives players an early chance to investigate the teaser of this new upcoming agent.
Starting from information leaked by dataminers, it seems that the speculation about the new agent is true because after the 1.14 update was released, Valorant itself has provided clues about their 14th agent.
Valorant’s New Agent?
One of the Valorant players named “Colagraag” had discovered a kind of puddle effect near the spawn location in Icebox while he was preparing to play in the game’s costume mode.
Before the Round Begins, Colagraag jumps over the Defenders starting zone, when suddenly a strange sight appears before him; something was walking from the direction of A Screen all the way to B Hut, when suddenly the steps suddenly disappeared.

Surprisingly, players can only see the footsteps but the rest are not visible.
The footsteps look like dark blue water ripples along with the sound of splashing water.
According to a dataminer, in the Valorant game file, he found evidence of a new character, Johns Latte (Jlatte) and the file directly refers to the things seen in the video above.
According to the file, the footsteps may be a “deception” decoy ability, to trick enemies into thinking the Agent is heading in a certain direction with the sound effect of walking.
