Tetsuya Kakihara is the voice for the new character Genshin Impact!
For those of you fans of Anime or TV series from Japan, you must be familiar with a legendary voice actor Tetsuya Kakihara.
Anime voice actor Fairy Tail and Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann it is rumored to be doing the voice-over for Mihoyo’s game, Genshin Impact.

Tetsuya Kakihara Voices on Genshin Impact!
This ongoing event is divided into 3 parts, and in Part 2, Star of Deceitful Dreams, will hear the voice of a mysterious child who is said to be filled by Tetsuya Kakihara.
This is clarified by Genshin Impact Japan Twitter account which informs about a new character, and will appear in part 2 of the Unreconciled Stars event.

Judging from the appearance of the new character, many thought this child was from Inazuma which was previously leaked by Mihoyo.
Inazuma will later become a new area in Genshin Impact that will be included in the game.
