PUBG Mobile Team Banned for 1 Year for Caught Using Jockeys During Tournament

GAMEFINITY.ID, Singkawang – Everyone is certainly equipped with a sense of honesty since childhood, so cheating has become something that is considered negatively by many people.

This time, cheating again occurred in the PUBG Mobile game tournament. This esports team was caught using a jockey during the tournament. For those of you who don’t know, a jockey is a person who is not registered in the tournament but still plays using the account of a player who is registered in the tournament.

This fraud occurred at the PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) Qualifier MY/SG Season 4 event some time ago. A team from Singapore called Team Vision is the team that committed the fraud.

According to information circulating, Team Vision used players who were not registered in the tournament, namely SG Azmi TVR to help Team Vision qualify for the next round.

This fraud occurred after Team Vision had to struggle to get past 9 teams from Singapore and 6 teams from Malaysia.

No need to wait long, Tencent as the organizer of the event immediately sanctioned Team Vision and SG Azmi TVR. They are sanctioned not to play PUBG Mobile in the competitive world for 1 year and must be disqualified from the event.

Tencent’s decision has received a lot of positive responses from esports fans. With these sanctions, it can create a deterrent effect on teams who cheat when playing PUBG Mobile.
