1. First Step

Please open the Run feature on your laptop. The trick is to press the Windows + R keys together on the laptop keyboard.
After the Run feature opens, please type “temp” (without quotes) in the column provided. After that press the Enter key on the laptop keyboard.
Later you will be directed to the File Explorer window with a row of existing cache files.
Press CTRL + A to select all cache files.
Then press the Delete key.
