Rylai’s Crystal Scepter

Suitable for heroes who need slow effects like Aurelion Sol and SInged. But you can also use it on other Champions that you want to give a slow effect on their skills or empowered attacks.
Liandry’s Torment
This item gives +250 max health and +90 ability power.
Has the Madness passive skill, which if your Champion fights with the opposing Champion a stack will appear where each stack will add 2% to your magic damage. This stack is a maximum of 5, so a maximum of your Champions can get 10% magic damage.
This item has another passive, namely Torment. Where if your Champion uses a skill or empowered attack it will give the enemy a poison effect or burn for 3 seconds.
