Dignitas introduces new training and media production facility in Newark
The esports organization Dignitas has now officially opened a training, content creation, and media facility in Newark, New Jersey, United States.
The facility measures 278 square meters and is located adjacent to the Prudential Center, a sports and entertainment arena owned by Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment which is the parent company of Dignitas.
Within this facility is a 46 sqm content studio sponsored by broadcasting platform Caffeine, complete with live streaming podcasts and recordings as well as a cafe.
The facility will also act as a training center for esports organizations on the United States East Coast to host their teams in League of Legends, Rocket League, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Super Smash Bros., SMITE, Clash Royale, and Apex Legends.
Michael Prindiville, CEO of Dignitas, said that this step was taken to position them as a center and leader in the gaming industry.
“This new facility goes to the heart of where Dignitas is moving as a leader in game-centric entertainment with a primary focus on player excellence, influencer development and content production that will blend esports with sports, music and pop culture,” said Prindiville. Esports Insiders.

In addition, earlier this week Dignitas also announced a partnership with Esports Entertainment Group, the company behind the esports betting platform VIE.gg., for the next few years. This makes the VIE.gg logo will be present as the main sponsor on their jersey and social media.
