Bonafide Cheating Member, Bonafide Esport Speak Up

GAMEFINITY.ID, Tanjung Balai Karimun – Not long ago, Esport Indonesia was stirred up by the presence of pro players from big esports teams cheating. This less commendable act was carried out by one of the members of Bonafide Esports, namely, BFD Rewind.

Of course, this made the PUBGM community quite surprised by what happened, BFD Rewind was caught using a “Wall Hack” type of Cheat when participating in an offline PUBG Mobile tournament.

For the dirty actions carried out by BFD Rewind, PUBG Mobile Indonesia gave very strict sanctions to BFD Rewind, namely permanently banned from all official PUBG Mobile tournaments and removing the BFD Rewind title as a PUBG Mobile Professional player.

What Does Bonafide Esports Say?

In response to this, the representative of Bonafide Esport, Imam Taufik spoke up, in a four minute video, Imam Taufik explained that BFD Rewind is not part of the official members of Bonafide Esport.

“Please note that our community members are not official members recognized by Bonafide Esports. One of the rules in our community is to give freedom to every member of the community to use the name Bonafide Esports in order to participate in offline and online tournaments freely,” quoted from the words of Imam Taufik on the Instagram account @bonafideesports

Imam Taufik also confirmed that BFD Rewind uses cheats when conducting offline tournaments, and Imam Taufik emphasized that cheating acts such as cheating and other illegal programs are not justified, either in tournaments or in daily games.

“We absolutely do not condone the incident carried out by individuals from the Bonafide Esports community, we will take firm action on this to the members concerned and also to our community”

And Esports Bonafide apologizes profusely for the incident that tarnished the name of the PUBGM community and also Bonafide Esport. And Bonafide will also tighten up the use of team names which have been less controlled by the community.

Hopefully this kind of incident will not happen again, so that the development of Esports in Indonesia will get better, and continue to grow.
