BlueStacks 5 Brings Performance Improvements and ARM Support

GAMEFINITY.ID, Jakarta – BlueStacks Android emulator released its latest update, BlueStacks 5 beta. This update promises to have significant improvements over version 4, it will also support ARM (Advanced RISC Machine). BlueStacks 5 is also claimed to consume much less memory.

“Our App Container technology allows games to be optimized to run on PC, Mac, and other devices with no additional work required from the developer. This is a key component missing on Android, on Chromebooks, and on the iOS app on Mac,” said Sharad Agarwal, Head of Development for BlueStacks 5 in a statement obtained by GAMEFINITY.ID, Wednesday (17/2/2021).

“We see the market for BlueStacks App Player growing rapidly with Apple’s support for running iOS apps on the Mac form factor, and App Containers are a key technology for this,” he said.

Bluestacks CEO, Rosen Sharma claims his product has been downloaded more than 1 billion since its first launch. This latest update is the result of suggestions from 500 million BlueStacks users worldwide and the company will give them what gamers want.

“They asked for a truly immersive gameplay experience on an easy-to-use, fast-performing platform that didn’t demand high hardware specs. And BlueStacks 5 gives it to millions of gamers,” he said.

In the latest update from BlueStacks, FPS Lock and Long-flight features allow users to play smoothly. BlueStacks 5 (Beta) plans to make its platform suitable for games with larger system consumption.

“BlueStacks 5 is lighter and super-fast. The gameplay aspect is much smoother. Eco Mode is a legendary move. The switch to Discord is very easy now. Highly recommended for gamers to switch to this version,” said Red Arcade, a professional gamer and popular YouTube streamer.

Features like FPS Lock and Long-flight make Bluestacks 5 now suitable for hours of play. This feature also promises smooth gameplay over long periods of time, faster booting, and faster app installation and loading times. Then in eco mode, users can open multiple applications more efficiently, without decreasing performance.
