GAMEFINITY.ID, Jakarta – Bethesda announced that Wolfenstein developer MachineGames is working on a new Indiana Jones game. In collaboration with Game label Lucasfilm, the announcement was made via video on Tuesday (12/1/2021), featuring a variety of iconic items from the Indiana Jones film series on the table, including the famous Indy hat and whip.

Todd Howard, formerly known for Elder Scrolls and Fallout, serves as the game’s Executive Producer. This new Indiana Jones game will tell a completely original and stand-alone story, set when the adventurer is at the peak of his career.

“It will be a while before we reveal more details, but we’re so excited to share today’s news,” tweeted Bethesda.

In a separate post on StarWars.com, Lucasfilm said that some instructions for setting up the game can be found in the teaser released Tuesday. MachineGames said in a statement that they were honored to have been entrusted with the creation of the latest Indiana Jones game.

“As big fans of the franchise, it’s a tremendous honor for us to create a new Indiana Jones game with a completely original story. We are so excited and can’t wait to share more in the future! “
