Because of Rp. 22 Billion, Hotman Paris Challenges Winda Earl EVOS to Debate

GAMEFINITY.ID, Jakarta – PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk’s attorney, Hotman Paris Hutapea challenged interested parties in the case of the disappearance of funds belonging to an esport athlete from the EVOS team, Winda Lunardi alias Winda Earl worth Rp 22 billion, to debate openly. Hotman also invited television stations in Indonesia to facilitate the meeting and broadcast it live.

This was stated by Hotman Paris on his Instagram account @hotmanparisofficial. In a video upload on Tuesday (11/10/2021), Hotman hoped that the forum would provide a fair space for both parties to present their defense through dialogue. More specifically, the lawyer who was once dubbed the “King of Bankruptcy” invited Herman Lunardi and Winda Lunardi and their legal team to attend the forum.

“In the Maybank case, Hotman Paris invites debate and dialogue with all parties, the account holder, especially the father. In order to be fair and given the opportunity for all parties concerned to provide statements and defenses, I suggest one TV, any television station to invite all those related to the Maybank case, namely Maybank and Hotman Paris as their attorneys, the account holders, namely Winda and their attorneys, and most importantly, Winda’s father must join the dialogue.”

In his upload, Hotman admitted that he was willing to debate openly tonight or tomorrow at 19:00 WIB at the latest. He also promised that nothing was covered up, so it would be broadcast live.

“I am ready at 7 pm tonight or tomorrow night, let’s see who wants to invite all parties, live without being covered up so that it is fair for all parties,” said Hotman.

Meanwhile, in the upload on his personal Instagram account @evos.earl, Winda responded to the large amount of public support for him after this case emerged to the public.

“I believe, God never sleeps and continues to be with me and my family until this moment. The words of one person will not be able to reverse the fact that happened.
