After India, Afghanistan Becomes The Next PUBG Banned Country!

PUBG banned in Afghanistan, here’s the information!

Again bad news hit PUBG where one of the countries full of great players was banned.

On 17 December 2021 yesterday, Afghanistan Telecom Regulatory Authority (ATRA) issued a press release saying PUBG has been banned.

Of course, this news is not foreign, because last September, PUBG was also just banned by India because of the case with China.

This time Afghanistan decided to eliminate the PUBG Online Game from its country after conducting a comprehensive assessment.

ATRA said that they held meetings with several ministers such as the ministers of religion, education, public health, and communication and science.

They also said that they also spoke to psychologists, parents, school principals, telecommunications companies, as well as PUBG Gamers before submitting this report to the mandatory party.

According to Omar Mansoor Ansari, Chief Officer of ATRA, the decision to block this game is still temporary based on social and security perspectives.

The Corporate Council of Atra has given instructions to make a special regulation for the marketing of the game industry by using temporary tires for PUBG.

This Press Release was given through ATRA’s official Facebook account which was just uploaded on December 17th.

The council also mentioned that the game in Afghanistan could provide negative impact to children and adolescents.

They want to give support to the making of games to follow Afghan culture, as well as religious elements.

In the press release, it was not stated in detail, but the ban that was carried out seemed to be plunging into PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite.

In this way, Afghanistan became the next country to ban PUBG, even though it was only temporary just.

This closing case actually almost happened in Indonesia, where PUBG Mobile was once referred to as Game Haram.

Luckily, Spinners weren’t banned, because there are a lot of young players in Indonesia who have the potential to be in the PUBG Mobile division, bringing the country’s name to life.
