Square Enix Announces Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier, Battle Royal Game For Mobile

Previously Square Enix had announced an upgrade for Final Fantasy VII Remake called Intergrade for the PS5 console. And recently they’ve returned with an even bigger surprise, namely a battle royale game set in the world of Final Fantasy 7!

Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier is a battle royale themed mobile platform game, the game aims to become a Soldier from Shinra’s history.

One of the highlights of this game is, FF7 The First Soldier has a unique gameplay from other Final Fantasy series, where later the weapons used involve firearms, magic, melee, and even spell summons.

According to the first teaser trailer for Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier, Shinra Electric Company wants to strengthen its military power and expand its Soldier program. Then test them out in multiplayer battles. The battle royale game is set before the events of Final Fantasy VII, Square Enix said in a press release.

Although the trailer for FF7: The First Soldier has been released, so far there is no information regarding when the game will be released. Meanwhile, Square Enix only wrote that the game will be launched this year for Android and iOS.
