GridGames.ID – In order to enliven the esports scene in Indonesia, Dewa United announced the esports division at a press conference held at the JHL Solitaire Hotel Ballroom, Tangerang (18/2).

Dewa United itself was founded in 2021 with three main sports divisions, namely Football Club, Basketball Club and Esports.

“We chose the name Dewa United Esports because we have a desire to gather outstanding and talented players. We continue to strive to improve our capabilities so that we can be called gods in every division,” said David, CEO of Dewa United Esports.

For the esports division, Dewa United also divides it into three divisions, namely Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile and Free Fire.

On the same occasion, David also said that later he would create other games divisions such as e-Football PES, Valorant, Wild Rift, and others.

Dewa United Esports is also supported by several brands such as Yamisok, Highgrounds and Mills which are local apparel brands.

Among the three esports divisions, the Mobile Legends division of Dewa United Esports was announced to be one of the new teams participating in the Mobile Legends MDL Season 3 tournament.
