Microsoft and Niantic announce Pokemon Go HoloLens demo

GridGames.ID – Microsoft yesterday (2/3) launched a new tool or platform called Microsoft Mesh.

The tool can combine the real world with the virtual with the help of the HoloLens tool.

From the announcement section, they also briefly demonstrated how Pokemon Go could run on the HoloLens 2 headset.

Niantic has teamed up with Microsoft to create a proof-of-concept Pokemon Go gameplay for the future.

The demo shows how HoloLens users can spot Pokemon in the wild and feed them berries ahead of gym battles with other players.

Interestingly, there is a menu that HoloLens users can choose to access various Pokemon Go features.

Unfortunately, Niantic emphasized that Pokemon Go on HoloLens is not a dedicated app and is not ready for consumer use yet.
