New PUBG Truck, Exclusive to Desert Map
Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds game which is very popular right now will add a new map Desert Map, but it’s not just that. A retro-looking pickup truck will also be added to PUBG, and this is exclusive to the new map.
A new image of this truck was shared on Twitter by the game’s official account. The images also show more of the new map, which looks pretty deserted; Take a look:
PUBG currently has only one map, and it is a vast and lush environment. The new Desert Map will be very different – and it’s quite interesting when you think about it. It’s not yet clear if the truck will have room for more than two players or not, although it would be cool if the other two could jump back. They will open, but still fun.
There is no word yet on when this desert map will be released, but it will likely happen after PUBG officially launches on PC at the end of this December. PUBG will also be scheduled to release on Xbox One in the Game Preview program on December 12.
While PUBG’s new maps have been in the news for the past few months, this upcoming trial will feature publicly playable maps. The Desert Map will not only bring a new environment with a completely different layout from the current map, it will also be equipped with weapons not found on the current map.
